Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. Each bracket or other wood item is cut once you make your purchase. Unless otherwise notified, your order will typically be mailed within 5-20 working days. At certain times of the year, we get very busy, and orders may take a bit longer. If so, we will notify you. 

Most of our orders are sent by USPS. Very large orders will be mailed as freight.
